Your personal data is processed in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “”RODO””).

a) sale of goods, exchange and return, delivery of goods in accordance with the order, handling of the complaint procedure. The legal basis for the processing is in this case Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO, which entitles us to process the data necessary for the performance of the contract. To the extent that your personal data are included in accounting documents, they will be processed by us for the purposes and limits resulting from the Accounting Act of 19 September 1994 and the legal basis for the processing is Article 6(1)(c) RODO.
b) to send commercial information and to offer directly (direct marketing) our products and services. The legal basis for the processing is in this case Article 6(1)(a) of RODO, which entitles us to process the data on the basis of your consent.
Your personal data was provided to us voluntarily by you. Failure to provide the data required by us or the withdrawal of consent to the processing of such data will prevent us from processing your order or sending you commercial information.
Data obtained through server logs are not associated with specific persons and are not used by the Administrator to identify the User. How long do we keep your data?
The Administrator will store your personal data only for the period necessary to comply with the applicable legal regulations. This means that we may store your personal data for a reasonable period of time even if you stop using our services. This applies in particular to data necessary for the fulfilment of the controller’s obligations to governmental authorities. Your data will be processed until such time as your consent is deleted or withdrawn, with the proviso that the withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the data processing prior to its withdrawal.
5 Who can be the recipient of your personal data?
The recipients of your data may be our partners, with whom we cooperate by combining products and services, acting on our behalf on the basis of agreements on the outsourcing of data processing.
6) Will your data be transferred to a third country or an international organisation?
Transfer of data in the territory of the European Economic Area within the framework of cooperation with a service provider (call center service) in the territory of EU member states on the basis of a data processing outsourcing agreement. In any case, the transfer of data does not release the controller from responsibility for the processing of data in accordance with RODO and the service provider provides a level of data security in accordance with the procedures of RODO.
We do not transfer your personal data to another third country or international organization.

We respect your right to privacy and care about data security. Personal data made available for the purposes of order processing, as well as e-mail correspondence sent to company addresses are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.
The computers on which your electronic correspondence comes and on which your data are stored have a number of security measures including, among others, protection of devices in closed rooms accessible only to persons authorized to process data, use of security passwords, use of licensed, constantly updated anti-virus software and firewalls, use of licensed, operating systems and e-mail software, protection of computers against unauthorized viewing of the screen by unauthorized persons (clean screen policy).
Personal data are processed by persons exclusively authorized by the Administrator or entities that process them on the basis of agreements concluded by the Administrator on the outsourcing of data processing, obliging partners to maintain an adequate level of data security.
The Administrator declares that he has implemented all necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security and integrity of personal data processed by him, as well as to prevent their loss, modification and/or access by unauthorized third parties.
8) What rights do you have in relation to the processing of your data?
In connection with the processing of your personal data by us, you have the right to:
1) access to your data (information about processed data and obtaining a copy of such data);
2) demand that the data be corrected (corrected);
3) demand the deletion of data processed without due cause;
4) Limitations of data processing (suspension of data operations);
5) Transfers of data to another controller
